Lend a hand is socially engaged short dance video in the genre of screen dance​ in which the artists unite around the theme of mutual help in society.
In recent years, there has been a worldwide surge of active and highly socially engaged citizens willing to help people in need.
The video aims to engage the audience and encourage people to help each other and to be socially engaged.

A dance film that examines the concept of labor in modern civilization after the Industrial Revolution. The project reassesses, through dance, the importance of long hours of exploitative work and compares it with the value of connecting with yourself and your loved ones, experiencing things inherent in man.

The film is realized in a short period of time, showing how human beings are separated from their environment and how people communicate with external phenomena. The film is in the category of radical dance screen and does not use traditional dance techniques, but the movement of the human body and the movement of objects.

The performance is interdisciplinary piece, part of the festival "Laboratory for innovate art 180 degrees" and its created with 3 contemporary musicians from IEMA(Frankfurt, Germany), one visual artist and another dancer from Bulgaria.The theme of the festival gave the title of the art work - Excistinct(from existing and exctinct). The performance explores the sounds and movements that we create in one post apocalyptical world. The team creates site specific performance that moves between different locations and the public moves with it.

The project considers the body as a conduit of the processes in the life of the refugee, placed in a situation of forced choice for his path. The movement of the body reflects the stories and thoughts of refugees from different countries who currently live in Bulgaria. The project examines the change of personality, lifestyle, treats topics such as discrimination, integration, continuity.

The dance performance addresses the issue of discrimination against women and their search for the different personalities they hide within themselves. The project shows the figure of the different woman and how she is treated by society.
